PUBLIC HEARING

The Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on:

First Reading of Ordinance 556 An ordinance to amend the City of New Castle Municipal Code, Chapter 230 (Zoning Code), Regarding Home Occupations in the Historic Residence Zoning District. (Councilperson Joseph Day Posted 6/3/2025)

The Public Hearing is scheduled for Monday, July 28, 2025 at 6:30 p.m. at the

Senior Center 400 South St, New Castle, DE 19720.  The Public Hearing will be followed by the July Planning Commission meeting at 7:00 p.m. or immediately after the Public Hearing has ended.
